We offer FREE shipping on all purchases of $40+ for domestic orders!
Our shipping & handling fees are estimated through USPS standard rate that is based off location and product weight; tracking numbers included. Local pickup is only available for Oxford, Jacksonville, & Anniston residents with occasional Birmingham pop-up, pick-up times & locations (posted through social media pages)
While the advertised fulfillment period is documented at checkout as 7-10 days, this is not guaranteed. Each piece is handcrafted with care and produced little by little and USPS may have unavoidable delays.
If you find that you may need your order sooner than the estimated date, please contact me at email@example.com to make your request and I will contact you to confirm/deny/find an alternative.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SE_CLAYCO does not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances such as item(s) arrive damaged, alluding to poor quality or craftsmanship; NOT personal disliking, self-inflicted accidents or errors.
Customers seeking an exchange for damaged products must provide photos of product arriving damaged within 3-7 days of the delivered date and must be mailed back unworn and in their original packaging.
If issues arise throughout the shelf-life of your product, you are welcome to reach out for repair requests. SE_CLAYCO wants to ensure high quality products and if you feel as though your piece may be defective or easily repaired, please contact us.
